**What You Will Do**
- Work closely with the Senior Project Manager and Project Team by providing assistance with coordination and project support;
- Collaborate and keep the lines of communication open when working with team members, trade partners, consultants and clients;
- Take pride in your ability to effectively review, interpret and update the construction schedules;
- Utilize your passion for organization through maintenance, review and follow-up of shop drawings, RFI’s, material purchase orders, change notice quotes and project completion documents;
- Effectively collect, review and analyze project quotes with emphasis on obtaining the very best prices in the market;
- Take pride in compiling and completing company wide project reports;
- Assemble, attend, document and emphasize the importance of project meetings;
- Provide necessary support to our Quality department regarding project start-up documentation;
- Demonstrate leadership in Health, Safety and Environmental Protection on the project.
- Embrace the learning experience and be open to internal career opportunities;
- Celebrate project success and completion and be a key member of the project wrap-up process.
**This role could be for you if you have**
- 3-5 years’ experience in the civil and/or infrastructure construction industry;
- A University Degree/Technology Diploma in Engineering, or a combination of education and industry experience;
- Previous experience working on a large-scale construction project - civil/infrastructure
- A proven track record of project coordination and team collaboration;
- Solid written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to work on your own initiative and provide creative solutions to problems that present themselves;
- Comfortable in working at a remote camp project in Squamish.
