Job Title: Administrative Assistant
About the Role:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Yarmouth appliances and home furnishings. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and electronic enquiries, and maintaining office supplies and inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
Requirements:
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
