Convenience Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Convenience Store Manager to join our team at Huma Vaneeza Services Inc.
Job Summary:The Convenience Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our convenience store, including managing staff, assigning duties, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, including recruiting, hiring, and training new employees.
- Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the convenience store, including managing inventory, implementing pricing and credit policies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer complaints, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement, including analyzing market trends and consumer demand.
- Financial Management: Manage the store's budget, monitor revenues and expenses, and make recommendations for cost savings and revenue growth.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a convenience store or similar environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
The Convenience Store Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
