Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively to meet sales targets.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and that merchandise is properly displayed.
- Financial Management: Authorize payments, manage cash, and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Store Operations: Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure that the store is clean and well-maintained.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail management experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and strong problem-solving skills.
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with regular hours of 35-40 hours per week. The store is located in a convenient location, and the successful candidate will be required to relocate for this position.
