Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Quik Shop Convenience. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, including managing inventory, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to increase sales and improve merchandising displays.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train store staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering merchandise, tracking stock levels, and minimizing waste.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve store performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week
