At Jason Zhang Notary Corporation, we seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Legal Administrator to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time role.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Information Flow: You will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication between departments and stakeholders.
  • Schedule Appointments: Your exceptional organizational skills will help you manage calendars, schedule meetings, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Maintain Filing Systems: As our Senior Legal Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, both physical and digital.
  • Establish Office Procedures: Using your expertise, you will develop and implement efficient workflows, improving the overall productivity of the team.
  • Prepare Correspondence and Documents: Your excellent writing and communication skills will be essential in preparing high-quality documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Review and Proofread: As a detail-oriented professional, you will review and proofread documents to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Prepare Legal Documents: You will work closely with the legal team to prepare court reports, affidavits, and other critical documents.

Hours: 35 hours per week

Language: English

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
