About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Director to join our team at Plusgrade Inc. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic partners and driving revenue growth through innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of key strategic accounts, exceeding revenue targets and driving deeper engagement.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement customized plans to achieve business goals and objectives, working closely with partners to define their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Negotiation and Contract Renewals: Negotiate and close on contract renewals, leveraging your deep understanding of partner needs and our value proposition.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless experiences and drive successful outcomes.
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Track key metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize client engagement and maximize value.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in account management, ideally with a focus on strategic accounts.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving significant account growth.
  • Deep understanding of sales cycles and the ability to navigate high-level stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strategic thinking and a consultative approach, with the ability to tailor solutions to unique client needs.
