About the Role:

We're seeking a seasoned Strategic Account Director to champion our Professional Translations services and A.I. platform. As an individual contributor in our team, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding relationships with our existing professional translation clients in the legal, financial and securities industries.

This role is for a dedicated, well-versed, and experienced self-starter who values a commitment to exceptional client service and building long-term partnerships. If you're energized by autonomy, problem-solving, and achieving ambitious goals, we want you on our Alexa Translations team.

Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Build, develop, and manage strong client relationships with existing professional translation services clients.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle through active prospecting for new projects, securing effective deal closure, and proactively managing ongoing relationships with clients.
  • Product Expansion: Identify product expansion, up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts assigned to you.
  • Quarterly Business Reviews: Perform Quarterly Business Review meetings with your assigned accounts to gather customer feedback and ensure customer retention.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure a high client satisfaction by offering guidance on best practices, serving as a bridge between clients and internal teams, and actively managing subscription client accounts to drive retention.
  • Documentation and Metrics: Document client communications and track sales metrics in HubSpot, aligning actions with corporate strategy and departmental priorities.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of proven success in strategic selling to complex accounts.
  • Full proficiency in professional-level English and French.
  • Subject matter expertise in legal, financial or insurance.
  • Strong track record of successfully managing all aspects of the sales cycle.
  • Proven ability to manage and develop relationships with C-level executives and senior managers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and CRM software (HubSpot).
