About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate onsite/on-call assistance to end-users within the organisation's desktop computing environment.
  • Coordinate and execute simple to complex plans, ensuring optimal service delivery.
  • Perform hardware and software installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Handle printer support, MS Office tools installation, and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
  • At least 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and end-users.
  • Flexibility to work on demand, with a reliable transportation and a flexible schedule.
  • Ability to manage time and resources to meet or exceed expectations in high-profile situations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CompTIA A+ Certification or equivalent.
  • Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) certification in the desktop area.
  • Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification.
  • Experience with SCCM, Active Directory, and Exchange.
