About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and licensed insurance professional to join our team as a Licensed Insurance Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs to market appropriate products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation and Appointment Scheduling: Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads and schedule appointments with potential clients.
  • Customer Needs Identification and Product Marketing: Identify customer needs and market appropriate insurance products and services to meet those needs.
  • Client Service and Support: Provide exceptional service and support to existing clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Marketing and Sales Goals: Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing and sales goals, identifying opportunities to grow the business and increase revenue.
Requirements
  • Licenses and Certifications: Hold a valid OTL/RIBO provincial license for Auto and Property sales, as well as an LLQP License to sell Life Insurance and Living Benefits.
  • Sales Experience: Possess sales experience, preferably in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Business Acumen: Possess a strong understanding of the insurance industry and the ability to analyze business data to inform sales and marketing strategies.
