Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Peter Rainville - Desjardins Insurance Agent. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for effectively communicating insurance solutions to our clients, developing leads, and identifying customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product offerings to provide expert advice to clients.
- Work collaboratively with the agent to establish and meet sales goals.
- Contribute to a positive and energetic work environment.
Requirements:
- OTL and/or LLQP licenses preferred, but not required for interview (Must be able to obtain).
- Sales experience preferred, but not required.
- Customer Service and administrative experiences (retail, hotel, resort, conference centre)
- A great attitude, hard working, courage to push beyond your limits, passion for people.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, enthusiastic.
- Dynamic outside-the-box thinker, with ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
