Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Peter Rainville - Desjardins Insurance Agent. As a successful Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for effectively communicating insurance solutions to our clients, developing leads, and marketing appropriate products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Work closely with the agent to establish and meet sales goals, and contribute to a positive and energetic work environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.

Requirements:

  • OTL and/or LLQP licenses preferred, but not required for interview (Must be able to obtain).
  • Sales experience preferred, but not required.
  • Customer Service and administrative experiences (retail, hotel, resort, conference centre)
  • A great attitude, hard working, courage to push beyond your limits, passion for people.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, enthusiastic.
  • Dynamic outside-the-box thinker, with ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
