- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
- Policy Administration: Provide information to clients about group and individual insurance packages, including the range of risk coverage, benefits paid, and other policy features.
- Claims Management: Monitor insurance claims and respond to clients' enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: Will train.
- Work Setting: Insurance company, finance and insurance, urban area.
- Certifications and Licenses: Provincial or territorial licence, Life Licence Qualification Program (LLQP).
As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work under pressure and have excellent time management skills.
