A Day in the Life of the National Sales Director
The role involves building and leading a high-performing sales and support team through recruitment, training, and performance management. The National Sales Director will develop and implement detailed sales strategies and budgets, overseeing the operations of the sales team, Regional Sales Managers, and retail locations. This position requires providing strong leadership through effective communication, coaching, and ensuring that the company's mission and values are upheld internally and externally.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Business or Agriculture.
- Minimum of 8 years in senior sales management roles, overseeing Sales Representatives from a regional or national sales perspective.
- Minimum 15 years in the agriculture sales sector with a strong understanding of the ag industry.
