Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Health Plus One. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
  • Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business needs
  • Authorize payments, order merchandise, and manage inventory
  • Establish work schedules and ensure efficient store operations
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain a clean and safe store environment
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience
  • Permanent employment
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires standing for extended periods, handling heavy loads, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
