Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Health Plus One. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring that they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to help them improve their performance.
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including receiving and processing merchandise, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
    • Authorize payments and manage cash handling procedures.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
    • Provide regular updates to management on store performance and any issues that may be affecting sales.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail supervisory role
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment

The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment, handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
