Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at SR Roshan Liquor Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and motivate a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering merchandise, authorizing returns, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive a high level of service, resolving any issues that may arise in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement to inform business decisions.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that all areas are tidy and well-presented.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong organizational and communication skills. The role involves standing for extended periods, handling heavy loads, and working under pressure.
