Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Growth Strategist at N'ware Technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the WMS practice in a controlled and profitable way.
  • Participate in creating proper product offerings and pricing strategies that meet market demands while maintaining competitiveness.
  • Actively engage in sales processes, including assessments, demonstrations, and proposals, to achieve new agreements with partners and expand the business.
  • Work closely with Client Care, Marketing, and Sales teams to promote the WMS offering to current SAP install base across all territories.
  • Ensure sustained value and efficiency for existing clients by interacting with various N'ware teams and identifying opportunities for product enhancements.
  • Provide training and information on products and services to both N'ware WMS team members and colleagues across the organization.
  • Represent the company at strategic networking events to foster partnerships and generate leads.
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategies for the practice and assist in establishing pricing, credit terms, guarantees, and delivery schedules in line with company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in administration or computer management.
  • More than 5 years of experience in project management and ERP implementation.
  • Excellent French and English language skills.
  • Proficiency in Office suite and MS Project.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
