Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth as a Senior Marketing Strategist. This role is responsible for developing and implementing multi-channel marketing plans, managing budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals.

This position will oversee the development of marketing campaigns, including web, social media, email, and in-person events, from concept to implementation. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B, and possess expertise in digital platforms, including WordPress, Google Analytics, and MS Office Suite.

The successful candidate will be a visionary leader who can foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence within the marketing team. They will also be an exceptional communicator, able to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement multi-channel marketing plans to meet strategic goals.
  • Manage marketing budgets and provide financial analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with sales, business development, and operations teams to drive leads and deliver business unit growth objectives.
  • Lead the development of marketing campaigns, including content creation, campaign execution, and measurement.
  • Provide thought leadership strategies to challenge status quo and drive year-over-year market share, revenue, and gross margin growth.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B.
  • Expertise in digital platforms, including WordPress, Google Analytics, and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong project management and negotiation skills.
  • Proven experience creating and managing budgets.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
