Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement robust risk management frameworks to identify, assess, and mitigate HR-related risks across the organization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategic plans, monitor progress, and provide guidance on risk management and governance practices.
  • Analyze data and trends to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Lead change management programs to drive cultural transformations and promote behavioral changes among employees.
  • Provide expert advice on human resources governance, risk management, and compliance matters.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in human resources governance, risk management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in human resources risk management, governance, and compliance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range of $68,000 - $126,000 per annum, depending on location and qualifications.
