We are seeking a highly skilled Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist to join our team at EY. As a key member of our Transaction Advisory Services group, you will play a critical role in helping our clients navigate the complex world of mergers and acquisitions.

About the Role

As a Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our clients on all aspects of strategic transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and financing. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored solutions to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily activities of mergers and acquisitions transactions, including deal sourcing, due diligence, and integration planning.
  • Develop and implement financial models to support transaction analysis and valuation.
  • Prepare high-quality pitches, marketing materials, and client presentations to communicate complex transaction strategies and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Transaction Support, Valuations, and Restructuring, to deliver comprehensive transaction advisory services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to provide innovative solutions to our clients.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4+ years of relevant work experience in investment banking, M&A, corporate development, financial analysis, or a related field.
