Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager, Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects related to store transactions. Your expertise in project management, risk assessment, and stakeholder engagement will enable us to achieve our business objectives while maintaining a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.

Salary

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute global merger and acquisition projects, including project kick-off, progress tracking, identification of corrective actions, project plan updates, and timelines.
  • Manage the integration process of stores, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Evaluate and implement project management tools to improve efficiency and productivity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (asset).
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management, including mergers and acquisitions.
  • PMP certification (asset).
  • Excellent proficiency in Excel and knowledge of project management tools (MS Project) (asset).
  • Bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written, as you will work closely with internal clients across Canada.
