Compensation Package

We offer an estimated annual salary of $85,000, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement planning, and paid time off.

Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
  • To proactively manage sales efforts within the hotel, driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
  • To develop, implement, maximize, monitor, and evaluate sales objectives, strategies, and activities to secure new accounts and foster profitable relationships.
  • To collaborate effectively with Rooms, Food & Beverage, and Reservations departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • To design and implement a business plan and sales strategy that drives hotel sales goals and profitability.
  • To prepare the annual Sales budget, taking into account market mix, average room rate, yield, and occupancy levels.
  • To coordinate with the Regional Sales Office and oversee departmental work schedules, payroll, and rates structure.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant sales experience is preferred for this role.
