At Spring Financial Inc., we're seeking a seasoned Sales Leadership Strategist to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll drive sales excellence by developing and implementing effective strategies that propel our teams towards outstanding performance.

About the Role

As a key member of our EFS department, you'll be responsible for cultivating top-performing sales managers who consistently achieve and surpass sales targets. Your leadership will foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within our high-energy call center environment.

In close collaboration with our Product Owner, you'll help shape and execute the department's vision as determined by our executive team. This involves developing strategic initiatives that align with our company goals, ensuring efficient sales processes, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive training programs and sales techniques to elevate team performance.
  • Create an engaging sales floor that drives results through innovative research and creative strategy development.
  • Analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment that prioritizes sales-driven success.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and goals.
  • Promote product line knowledge and educate clients on the best use of our financial services.
Requirements

We're looking for a highly experienced sales management professional with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Your strong leadership skills will enable you to motivate and manage high-performing sales teams. A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is essential, along with relevant industry experience.
