Lead Revenue Strategist

As a Lead Revenue Strategist - Hotel Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities within the hotel industry. This role requires a strong understanding of sales strategies, market trends, and customer needs.
About the Role
This position is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to join Marriott International's team of experienced sales professionals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and build strong relationships with clients.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand customer needs and preferences
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
* Participate in sales meetings and presentations to showcase hotel offerings and services
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
* 4+ years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry
* Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and building strong customer relationships
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
