About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Director of Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding to join our team at Fitzrovia. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent in the real estate and development industry.

Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Strategy
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to source top talent in the market
    • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies to ensure high-quality candidate flow
  • Employer Branding
    • Develop and maintain a strong employer brand across all social media platforms and company website
    • Create engaging content to showcase Fitzrovia's culture, values, and benefits
  • Candidate Experience
    • Design and execute a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop interview plans and evaluate candidates
  • Performance Management
    • Assist in the administration of performance management initiatives, including mid-year reviews and year-end performance evaluations
    • Work with managers to develop performance improvement plans and provide coaching support
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful recruitment strategies
  • Strong knowledge of social media marketing and employer branding
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer

Fitzrovia offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
