Job Title: Employment Specialist - Talent Acquisition

About the Role:
This position is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Unique Employment Solutions as an Employment Specialist - Talent Acquisition. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, collecting and screening applicants, and advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements
  • Collect and screen applicants
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment
  • Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews
  • Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates
  • Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
  • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes and co-ordinate termination of employment process
  • Recruit and hire staff

Computer and Technology Knowledge:
We are looking for someone with strong computer skills, including electronic mail, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with tight deadlines. You should also be able to maintain attention to detail and work efficiently in a team setting.

Personal Suitability:
We are looking for a candidate with excellent oral and written communication skills, who is a client-focused team player with efficient interpersonal skills and organized. If you have previous experience in this field and can demonstrate a high level of study completion, we encourage you to apply.

Salary: The estimated salary range for this position is between $45,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
