Key Responsibilities:
As an Administrative Support Specialist for Regional Operations, you will be responsible for performing general administrative tasks such as on-boarding and off-boarding new/existing nurses, Concur set up, and submitting MYIT tickets. You will also compile information from various sources and utilize the information for uses such as generating reports. Additionally, you will update and maintain pertinent business information files, assist with various scheduled and un-scheduled projects occurring in the region, and interact frequently with inter-departmental administrative assistants and management for the purpose of resolving workload issues and vacation coverage.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require post-secondary education in a related field, 3-5 years' experience in an administrative role, and in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of applications. You will also need to have proven accuracy when processing large amounts of data, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and in a team environment, adaptability to change and to learn new skills as required, and bilingual, French/English preferred.
