We are seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team at First Nation school supplies Inc.

About the Role

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $45,000 per year and 30 hours of work per week.

The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, be able to multitask and maintain accurate records. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities include arranging seminars and conferences, coordinating the activities of the HR department and directing daily operations. The ideal candidate will also have experience with MS Outlook and MS Office.

Requirements
