The ideal candidate will be located in Moncton, New Brunswick, and have a minimum of five years' experience in retail or hospitality team management across multiple business locations.

Key responsibilities include analyzing store financial data, preparing the organization for quality improvement, providing effective on-the-job training, and coaching employees to better understand how their practice can continuously improve.
