About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the management team, including responding to phone calls, emails, and letters; managing calendars; making travel arrangements; and preparing meeting materials.
  • Correspondence and Communication: Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents as required; respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Accurately enter data into our systems; maintain accurate and up-to-date records; and perform data analysis and reporting as needed.
  • Office Management: Ensure the office is well-organized and efficient; manage supplies and inventory; and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: You will have completed secondary education and have a solid understanding of basic math concepts.
  • 1-2 Years of Experience: You will have 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
  • Strong Communication Skills: You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Technical Skills: You will have proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
