Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Swim Instructor and Lifeguard to join our team. As a Mobile Swim Instructor, you will teach private, semi-private, and group swimming lessons in home pools, following the Lifesaving Society Program. You will work with clients of varying ages, from 1.5 years old to adults, and provide a safe and engaging learning environment.

Responsibilities
  • Teach swimming lessons in home pools, adapting to the needs of each client
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to diverse age groups and skill levels
  • Ensure a safe and enjoyable learning experience for clients, adhering to Lifesaving Society Program guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with clients, parents, and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and lesson plans
Requirements
  • Current Swim Instructor certification
  • Current Lifeguard certification (NLS or equivalent)
  • First-Aid certification
  • Exceptional client service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Access to a reliable vehicle during working hours
  • Experience working with children and families
