SwimMobile is a company that connects qualified lifeguards to clients seeking at-home and private backyard lessons, lifeguards for parties and events, lifeguards for swim programs, and other custom services.

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled lifeguard and swim instructor to join our team. As a lifeguard and swim instructor, you will be responsible for teaching private, semi-private, and group swimming lessons in home pools.

Responsibilities
  • Teach swimming lessons to clients of all ages, from 1.5 years old to adults
  • Follow the Lifesaving Society Program
  • Work flexible hours, including mornings and after school hours in June and May, with the potential for 20-40 hours per week in July and August
  • Opportunity to generate extra income by bringing in your own clients through a commission-based program
Requirements
  • Successfully completed and current Swim Instructors Course
  • Successfully completed and/or working toward NLS
  • Current First-Aid Course
  • Exceptional client service skills
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills
  • G2 License or higher
  • Access to a car in the summer during working hours
  • Experience working with children and families
