Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Swim Instructor and Lifeguard to join our team. As a Mobile Swim Instructor and Lifeguard, you will be responsible for teaching private, semi-private, and group swimming lessons in home pools, as well as providing lifeguarding services for clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with children and adults, develop your teaching skills, and enjoy the beautiful summer outdoors.

Responsibilities
  • Teach swimming lessons to clients of all ages and skill levels
  • Provide lifeguarding services for clients during lessons and events
  • Work with clients to develop personalized lesson plans and goals
  • Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
Requirements
  • Current Swim Instructor certification
  • Current Lifeguard certification
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including mornings and afternoons
