Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Swim Instructor and Lifeguard to join our team. As a Mobile Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching private, semi-private, and group swimming lessons in home pools. You will work with clients of varying ages, from 1.5 years old to adults, and follow the Lifesaving Society Program.

Responsibilities
  • Teach swimming lessons in home pools, adapting to the needs of each client
  • Work with clients of diverse ages and abilities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable learning experience
  • Follow the Lifesaving Society Program and maintain high standards of water safety and instruction
  • Communicate effectively with clients, parents, and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Manage time and resources efficiently to meet client needs and company expectations
Requirements
  • Current Swim Instructor certification
  • Current Lifeguard certification (NLS or equivalent)
  • First-Aid certification
  • Exceptional client service and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • G2 License or higher
  • Access to a reliable vehicle during working hours
  • Experience working with children and families
