Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Swim Instructor and Lifeguard to join our team. As a Mobile Swim Instructor and Lifeguard, you will be responsible for teaching private, semi-private, and group swimming lessons in home pools, as well as providing lifeguarding services for clients.

Responsibilities
  • Teach swimming lessons to clients of all ages, from 1.5 years old to adults, following the Lifesaving Society Program
  • Provide lifeguarding services for clients, including pool parties and events
  • Work flexible hours, including mornings and after-school hours, with the opportunity to earn extra income through a commission-based program
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Current Swim Instructor certification
  • Current Lifeguard certification (NLS or equivalent)
  • First Aid certification
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Access to a reliable vehicle during working hours
