Job DescriptionThis permanent, 30 hours per week position will be responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. The successful candidate will also establish office procedures, schedule appointments, answer phone calls and electronic enquiries, and compile data and statistics.
In addition, the ideal candidate will plan and organize daily operations, direct and control workflow, and maintain manual and computerized filing systems.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, candidates must have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and less than 7 months of experience in an administrative setting.
