Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Work Desk Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, dispatching work requests, and monitoring the status of outages. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that our operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Dispatch work requests to our field crews
- Monitor the status of outages and ensure timely resolution
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Operate and utilize our Work Force Management System (WFMS) and Outage Management System (OMS)
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a related role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
