About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Brims & Things. As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Team Members to Duties
  • Authorize Return of Merchandise
  • Establish Work Schedules
  • Sell Merchandise
  • Prepare Reports on Sales Volumes, Merchandising, and Personnel Matters
  • Resolve Issues that May Arise, Including Customer Requests, Complaints, and Supply Shortages
  • Organize and Maintain Inventory
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities of Sales Team Members
  • Greet Customers
  • Participate in Promotional Activities
  • Assist in Display of Merchandise
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • Language of work: English
  • Hours of work: 30 to 35 hours per week
