Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Brims & Things. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales workers, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and tasks to ensure efficient sales operations
  • Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that sales workers are meeting their targets
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 35 hours per week
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication
