Office Operations Manager

We are a leading logistics company seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$70,000 depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental coverage, life insurance, and paid time off.
Job DescriptionThe Office Administrator will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to our management team, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents;
- Coordinating office services such as accommodations, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services;
- Assisting in the preparation of operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls;
- Assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence;
- Overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures;
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
- Experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
- Experience with inventory control software and electronic scheduling systems.
This is a full-time position, 35-40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines. We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
