Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Alberta LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including data assembly, report preparation, and correspondence.
  • Procedure Review and Evaluation: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they meet company standards and objectives.
  • Work Prioritization: Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Office Services Coordination: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Budget Management: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
