Senior Office Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Office Operations Manager to join our team at Cardiai Inc. This role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
About You- You have 2 years of experience in an office administration role, with a proven track record of successfully managing administrative tasks and procedures.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
- You are proficient in MS Office and have experience with electronic mail.
This is a permanent position, offering a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on your level of experience. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for a bonus structure that rewards your performance and contributions to the company.
Key Responsibilities- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are efficient and effective.
- Establish work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
