About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Office Operations Manager to join our team at Titan International Management Ltd.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Establish priorities and maintain control over deadlines and work schedules
  • Manage office operations, including administrative tasks and staff supervision
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory and financial controls
  • Compile data and produce regular reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • C Coordinate office administrative procedures and ensure seamless day-to-day operations

Requirements:

  • A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role is necessary
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential
  • Reliability and attention to detail are crucial for this position
  • This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with a variable workload between 30-40 hours per week
  • The working language is English

Salary and Benefits:

An estimated salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum is offered based on qualifications and experience. Additional benefits include health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
