Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the administrative functions of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new procedures, evaluating existing ones, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure optimal efficiency
- Evaluate office processes and implement changes as necessary to improve productivity and quality
- Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish clear priorities and deadlines
- Administer policies and procedures related to record release under government legislation
- Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and security
- Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks
The estimated salary range for this position is between $45,000 and $60,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health benefits, dental plan, vision care, pension plan, and maternity/paternal benefits.
