At Save on Box, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Senior Office Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams, budgeting, and supervising staff. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Office Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the office, ensuring seamless operations, and achieving business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Team Leadership: Direct staff, motivate them, and evaluate their performance.
  • Budgeting and Expenditures: Plan and control budget and expenditures.
  • Policy Implementation: Establish and implement policies and procedures.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts.
  • Training and Development: Manage training and development strategies.
  • Reporting and Inventory: Oversee the preparation of reports and order office supplies, maintaining inventory.
  • Data Entry and Customer Service: Perform data entry and provide customer service.
  • Staff Recruitment and Supervision: Recruit and hire staff, supervise office and volunteer staff.
  • Working Hours: Work 35 to 40 hours per week.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications, and a dynamic work environment that fosters growth and development.
