We offer an attractive salary ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on experience and performance. This compensation package reflects the high level of expertise and dedication required for this position.

Job Description

As a Regional Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with our most valuable customers. Your primary goal is to drive sales volume and ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Account Sales Managers to achieve sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a leadership role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction
