Regional Sales Development Manager

Celeros Flow Technology is a global industry leader in mission-critical, sustainable flow control solutions. We seek an experienced sales professional to drive growth and expansion in Western Canada.
This role involves working from home with extensive travel (60-70%) covering the region. Based out of Edmonton, Alberta, you will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships and increasing revenue spend per account.
The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of industrial sales experience, preferably in technical product sales. A bachelor's degree in a technical field and a proven track record of successful sales hunting are essential.

About the Role- Build and maintain customer relationships across the region
- Create demand for Celeros Flow Technology's products and services by raising their profile with customers
- Achieve revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account
You will be responsible for expanding and penetrating existing accounts, developing new business, and winning back former customers. Regular status and strategy meetings with senior management will help you understand customer needs and link them to our product strategies.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year depending on experience
