Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director for Western Canada to join our team at Sani Marc Inc. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity that offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business plans to drive sales growth and improve profitability in the region. They will lead a team of account managers, oversee sales development, and ensure exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities
  • Business Planning: Develop annual business plans and sales objectives for each account manager, setting goals for the region and monitoring progress.
  • Sales Development: Execute the business plan, organizing sales development activities and ensuring effective execution.
  • Expense Management: Develop and manage expenses budgets for the region, approving expenses as needed.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise the activities of assigned account managers, monitoring individual sales performance and providing coaching and feedback.
  • CRM Management: Manage the CRM system for the sales team, ensuring high-quality visit reports and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the Food and Beverage sector.
  • Experience in personnel management and leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
