About the TeamOur Growth team is a dynamic, cross-functional group of engineers, scientists, marketers, designers, and product managers working together to acquire, convert, and grow millions of merchants globally. We're on a mission to make it easy for people to act on their interest in Stripe.
Job SummaryWe're seeking a talented Product Designer to join our Growth Design team. As a key member of our team, you'll design products that help bring new users into Stripe and provide them with a strong foundation for success. This includes working on products that bridge our marketing and dashboard experiences, as well as key growth-related customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Design industry-leading experiences that reduce friction for new users onboarding to Stripe
- Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, product managers, marketers, and lawyers to shape product experiences that help people start and scale their businesses on Stripe
- Work closely with our partner teams to support their growth and onboarding needs
- Partner with our user research team and contribute to ongoing research projects
- Participate in design reviews and share your work regularly with design and company leadership
- 3+ years of relevant design experience at a tech, product-driven company
- Experience designing onboarding journeys, product demos, or other growth-related domains
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to align a broad set of stakeholders
- Ability to thrive with significant autonomy and responsibility
- Ability to reduce complex problems down to the right balance of flexibility, power, and ease of use
- Deep curiosity about how things work and willingness to get hands dirty
- Experience with A/B testing or designing in analytical/data-driven contexts
- Skilled in explaining work, process, and decisions to cross-functional stakeholders
- Comfortable presenting work to stakeholders regularly
- Loves working with other designers to help them learn and grow

Pay and BenefitsThe annual US base salary range for this role is $127,400 - $191,100. Additional benefits may include equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses, 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision benefits, and wellness stipends.
